BLACK WOMEN'S SUPPORT GROUP

The support group is for black women with or without mental health issues, or who are supporting someone with mental health issues.

Sessions will be restarting Saturday 24th April 2021.

THE ADIRA LISTENING SERVICE

Our Adira Listening Service is now LIVE, providing the public with much needed support!  

We are able to offer this service for FREE for all Doctors!

THE BLACK HAIR CARE PROJECT

Our NEW Black Hair Care Project is now LIVE, providing service users with FREE hair care services!

If you are an organisation or service and would like to refer one of your service users, please let us know by sending us an email to info@adira.org.uk.

REGULAR MEETINGS

Monthly Support Group

The support group is for black women with or without mental health issues, or who are supporting someone with mental health issues.

The group meet on the last Saturday of every month to get together, talk, listen, share stories, encourage and support each other in a confidential and non-judgemental, culturally-sensitive environment.

They do not offer counselling or any other kind of service.

Refreshments available.

Please note: events may not be running because of Coronavirus, on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period. Please double check with the organiser (before attending) if you are unsure.
